Instructions for examinees of BCA / BCA_NEW / CMAD / DBPOFA / DMOP / MCA_NEW / MSCAST / MSCDSA / MSCIS / PGDAST / PGDCA_NEW / PGDIS for June, 2026

  • Students must carry a valid IGNOU ID card, a printed Theory Hall Ticket/Admit Card, and the Practical Examination Hall Ticket to the examination center; entry is strictly prohibited without these mandatory documents.
  • Candidates are advised to carefully check their Hall Ticket, as the Examination Centre may vary for different courses. Ensure that you report only to the exam centre mentioned for your respective course.
  • The examinees whose name does not appear in the lists may contact with Regional Centre for filling the backlog form with their attendance proof issued by the concerned LSC or copy of Grade Card showing fail in concerned subject by 20th July 2026. Also, the examinees may reach the examination centre strictly as per schedule with their Practical printout hall ticket and proof of submission of exam fee (Theory Exam Hall Ticket).
  • As per guidelines received from the University, the Term End Practical Examinations for these courses will be conducted in face-to-face mode at the specified Examination Centres for June 2026 TEE. The backlog students are advised to send a mail to rcd2exam@ignou.ac.in with scanned copy of old hall ticket or attendance proof issued by the concerned LSC.
  • The Examinees whose fee status is marked as "NR"** or not paid fee will be permitted to appear in the Practical Examination by submitting the course-wise Exam Fee through IGNOU website https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=3886367 and submit proof of fee submission at exam centre.
  • Student will not be allowed in examination and result will not be declared without above fee.
